TECAM offers an ample line of modular equipment that can adapt to any necessity: with capacities from 1.000Nm3/h till 350.000Nm3/h.
One of the principal characteristics of our equipment is the heat exchange material composed of MLM type ceramic. This material allows the reduction of the loss of charge and consequently saves energy.
Our equipment does not generate large quantities of Nitric Oxides (NOX) like it does in the traditional thermal oxidizers.
Our equipment has been designed and constructed with weatherproof anti-oxidizing materials.
The interior cover of the chambers and the combustion towers is constructed in the Z block type ceramic fibre with a 150 mm thickness and a density of 170 Kg/m3.
The Centrifuge fan is activated by a frequency inverter in order to regulate the air extraction volume automatically. The control system is directed by a PLC that saves the necessary data in order to examine the state of the equipment and give the data to the client.
Our equipment complies with the standards established in the 1999/13/CE directive that regulates the maximum levels of volatile organic compound emissions, as well as the construction normative and security marked by the European Union.
